The main target of the committee is to help newcomers adapt to professional surrounding i.e. to master engineering profession. It includes various seminars on professional adaptation where we share our knowledge on Design Basis, inform on the structural subdivisions present in our company and on their interfaces between them. For the better adaptation, the newcomers undergo an educational seminar called “Adaptation of University Graduates employed for the first time” conducted together with Ministry of Labor and Social Development, State Funded Educational Institution “Omsk Career Center”.
ONHP annually in autumn conduct Science and Engineering Technology Conference for Young Professionals “From Design to Construction Engineering”. ONHP top-management encourages active scientific activity of young professionals and advices to enter PhD programs.
