ONHP hosted the New Year Celebration Show for employees’ children. Fantastic performance involving more than eighty kids was filled with jokes, songs, walking around the New Year tree, costume contest and, of course, magic gifts from Father Frost.
New Year Celebration performance was conducted in ONHP for the company veterans. More than one hundred people got company gifts on New Year’s Eve, took part in New Year concert and summarized the results of the Veterans Council activities in 2015.
ONHP (PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT) hosted a solemn young professionals admission ceremony. 24 young professionals joined the company personnel. All of them are graduates from Omsk universities majoring in engineering. Majority of young professionals took part in “School-University-Company” program which has been successfully implemented for 15 years.

PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT (ONHP) Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning in St. Petersburg, which is one of ONHP’s subdivisions, has completed modification of spatial planning diagrams for Altay region and Barnaul metropolitan area.
ONHP and Strategy Partners Group (SPG) have signed cooperation agreement. Both Parties agreed to combine efforts for implementation of projects related to strategic, spatial planning, increase of operational efficiency of O&G, petrochemical and oil refining plants.
PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT (ONHP) continues to renovate processing base to improve the level and quality of works in progress and also to expand the scope of activities and services provided. In the near future the company will start operating new drilling rig with Envi AB (Swedish company) geotechnical probe system.
PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT (ONHP) Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning located in St. Petersburg won an open tender for a government contract to perform preparation works to introduce the changes in Perm Region Spatial Planning.
PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT (ONHP) is completing the first year of language policy implementation. The policy objective is that 70% of the company's employees must be proficient in the language of international communication at minimum Intermediate level by 2018. This requirement is primarily resulted from professional contacts of ONHP as an international engineering company. Cooperation with a number of foreign companies requires ONHP specialists to be able to perform bilingual designing works and to speak fluent English during negotiations.
