ONHP AND MAYOR'S OFFICE BECAME SOCIAL PARTNERS
ONHP and Omsk Administration signed an agreement on cooperation and collaboration. The document was signed by Mr. Igor M. Zuga, ONHP CEO, and Mrs. Oxana N. Fadina, Omsk Mayor. The agreement assumes joint participation in the implementation of social and investment projects aimed at developing city infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for work and recreation of Omsk citizens, improving the quality of education and training of engineers.
Signed Agreement confirmed high ONHP status as a socially-oriented company. Igor M. Zuga emphasized, that it is Omsk Mayor's Office’s recognition of significant activities that the company does and will do for the benefit of Omsk citizens.
Company develops social activities in different directions. First of all, it is a constant care for company's employees, implementation of various programs aimed at creating comfortable working conditions, reducing the incidence rate. The company's specialists are actively involved in wide-scale cultural and sports events held in the city. Another component of company's social activities is the implementation of programs to improve education quality, to train professional engineering personnel for Omsk industrial companies. The company has been implementing “School-University-Company” program for more than 15 years. Every year 80 school students become the participants of this program. Major part of ONHP employees are successful graduates of this program. In 2018, Omsk Region Governor, Mr. Alexander Burkov, awarded Mr. Igor M. Zuga with a Certificate of Honor for the company's active participation in socially beneficial and charitable activities that contribute to improving the quality of training highly qualified engineers. Last year, upon ONHP initiative, the international educational project aimed at improving the education quality was launched in the region engaging a Singapore Company called Educare.
Participation in projects related to the city improvement and increasing the level of citizens’ comfort is another direction of the most important areas of the company's social activities. ONHP specialists are regular participants of all Saturday clean-up days. Every year, with the participation of ONHP employees the improvement of the company office surroundings located in the Soviet District is carried out. In 2019 the number of projects aimed at creating a comfortable urban environment, one of which is the reconstruction of the Petukhov square (behind the shopping center "Crystal") is also planned.
“Agreement signing demonstrates current Omsk Administration acknowledgment of our company's contribution into the improvement of life conditions in our city. We are the first design institute that signed an agreement on social partnership with Omsk Mayor's Office. It has the fundamental importance for our project activities to understand the social aspect of the future production programs’ implementation. Social partnership agreement is a relatively new, but effective tool for consolidating our society in the context of modern challenges,” said Igor M. Zuga, ONHP CEO, after signing the agreement.
