The main target of the committee is to establish a corporate spirit by means of young professionals participation in corporate events and arrangement of leisure time. To accomplish that goal, the company successfully established a Music Band and a Theater Club directed by an actor of Omsk State Academic Drama Theater, People's artist of Russia M.F. VASILIADI.
Members of the Committee help Young Professionals to prepare shows for various corporate events like Company Birthday, 8 of March, Consecration to Young Professionals, New Year etc.
