Within cooperation with School Students the Young Professionals together with an HR Department are organizing on-the-job-training for students of city and regional schools. During the internship each student of sponsored and affiliated schools gets a supervisor selected from Young Professionals. This activity enables Young Professionals to help high school students choose their career path and gives a chance to young supervisors to show their leadership skills.
In addition, while preparing for a career-oriented practice young professionals undergo an educational seminar called “Efficient Technologies for Company Development-Supervision” conducted together with Ministry of Labor and Social Development, State Funded Educational Institution “Omsk Career Center”. Besides committee on cooperation with school students arranges and conducts career-oriented lessons in sponsored and affiliated Omsk schools. Such lessons help high school students to make the choice of their future career consciously and based on the knowledge they gained.
