GRADUATION CONFERENCE LAID FOUNDATION FOR IMPROVEMENT

First season of school students’ summer on-the-job training in PAO ONHP was successfully completed. Mr. Igor M. Zuga, ONHP CEO and subject matter experts attended and guided “Graduation” conference where students from different Omsk schools demonstrated projects on spatial planning, zoning and landscaping of Soviet Recreation Park and area adjacent to Petukhov and Engineers Boulevards. According to Experts, many displayed projects while being quite feasible and financially beneficial could substantially change Soviet Recreation Park appearance and improve safety level and leisure quality.

BEING A MEMBER OF A GUARDIAN COUNCIL – BEING AN INVESTOR INTO THE FUTURE

Omsk Cadet Military Corps established Guardian Council. 27 persons became guardians of military educational institution including Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO, and Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Omsk Region who has been treating future generation development issues with special attention for many years.

Annual Stockholders Meeting was held in PAO ONHP on June 16, 2017. List of items addressed at the meeting included the approval of Public Company Financial Statements, Board of Directors and Auditing Committee members election, confirmation of independent accountant, new edition of Corporate Governance Code and a number of other corporate issues.
