ONHP contribution in reconstruction of Khabarovsk Oil Refinery

OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT JSC (ONHP) have developed Project Design (PD) and Detailed Design (DD) documentation for Bitumen Plant Feed Preparation Unit. Currently the facility is under Field Supervision.

Among most recent projects implemented by ONHP for Khabarovsk Oil Refinery are Atmospheric Residue Vacuum Distillation Unit with capacity 1.8 MTA and Visbreaking Unit with capacity 750 KTA. Moreover, ONHP specialists have completed Project Design (PD) and Detailed Design (DD) documentation for Bitumen Plant Feed Preparation Unit which is comprised of 6 sections. Close-together arrangement for space-saving is peculiar for the Unit. Installation and erection activities, which are now in progress at the facility, will be followed by pre-commissioning.

For your reference, Alliance Oil Company Khabarovsk Oil Refinery is currently implementing a major modernization program. Reconstruction investments in 2012 made 11.4 billion rubles. Key facilities covered by modernization and construction program include Hydrocracking and Hydrotreating Complex of Kero and Diesel Fuel, Bitumen Plant Feed Preparation Unit, ESPO-pipeline to Khabarovsk Oil Refinery. As a result, cost-effective refining of up to 4.5 MTA crude oil with oil processing depth at Khabarovsk Oil Refinery of 92% and Nelson complexity index of 9.9 shall be achieved.
