On May 22, 2015 PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT specialists took part in the Fourth International Conference “Upstream and Downstream Chemistry 2015” and discussed the perspectives for the development of domestic market of upstream and downstream chemistry as well as necessity and possibility of import substitution maintaining product qualitative indicators.
