ONHP MASTERS SKILLS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ONHP representatives take part in PAO Gazprom Neft Project Skills Development Program. The Program includes three educational modules and presentation of program completion project.

As of now, ONHP successfully managed to complete the first module called “Lange-Scale Projects Management Practice. Project Implementation Strategy”. As highlighted by ONHP Interdisciplines Engineering Department Head, Mr. Sergey LIPATOV, one of the program participants, such cross-functional cooperation allows to reach common goals both for the Client and Contractor more efficiently especially at large-scale projects implementation “today it is a very advanced approach which enables the Client to adjust Contractor’s Professional Competences to his own requirements”.

All together the program includes three modules.

In conclusion – preparation and presentation of program completion project.
