ONHP as official platform of Total Dictation

ONHP joined the list of 33 platforms officially registered in Omsk for Total Dictation. It is expected that approximately 400 persons will write the dictation in ONHP on April 16, 2016. The participants will include students, schoolchildren and company specialists. Mr. Moisey F. VASILIADY, National Artist of Russia, actor of Omsk State Academic Drama Theatre will read the text for the attendees.

Total Dictation is a voluntary and free-of-charge event where everyone can check his or her literacy. The dictation is held in one day around the world. ONHP specialists and top management have been attending this massive event from its very first year.

In 2016 ONHP platform became officially registered. Not everyone can write the dictation at ONHP platform as long as it is by-invitation-only. Nevertheless, it is already known that approximately 400 persons will attend the dictation at ONHP. The participants will include not only the company’s specialists and their family members, but also schoolchildren and teachers of patronized schools, students of ONHP-based faculties.

It is no coincidence that National Artist of Russia, actor of Omsk State Academic Drama Theatre Mr. Moisey F. VASILIADY will read a text for the participants of Total Dictation at ONHP. For a few years he has headed ONHP Theater Group for employees and their families.

According to arranging parties, Total Dictation 2016 will become one of the largest educational events in Russia where approximately 150 thousand participants will write the text in the Russian language at the same time. This is truly a popular and social movement. In 2015 Omsk became the fourth city in the world (among 549 cities from 58 countries) by the number of Total Dictation participants and took the second place by the quantity of platforms to hold the event.
